Hello and thank you for visiting LALA Studio!

My name is Livy Conner and I am an artist, musician, and educator based in Portland, OR. LALA Studio is the home of my handmade creations and a place for myself and others to engage in the creative process.

LALA Studio expanded outward from LaLa House Ceramics, a small business I started in 2019 featuring handmade, wheel thrown ceramic wares. I wanted to open things up to include work I make in different media (drawing, painting, collage) and begin hosting art classes.

It’s the fall of 2023, and I’m working towards creating a studio space to host small art classes for kids. We at LALA will be very much concerned with the fun, play, experimentation, and collaboration side of things. We’ll paint, draw, cut, glue, fasten, build, and squish; and most importantly, we’ll experience the joy, discovery, and empowerment that comes from engaging in the creative process.
